JUNIORATE: NORMANDY, 1965
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI
On September 4, 1965, Srs. Bernadita Peterson and Agnella Jaschke arrived in Normandy to organize the newly formed Juniorate, which consisted of sisters with temporary vows. A similar branch existed in Huntington with Sr. Barbara Jakschik in charge of the formation of the sisters. The young sisters in Normandy attended Marillac College and St. Louis University. They also did some work in C.C.D.(Confraternity of Christian Doctrine), teaching catechism.
